How to Get Support
Have a question or need assistance? Perfect! We would love to help! Simply email support@cybermark.com OR visit the back end of your website (if your website was built by CyberMark) and use one of two methods.
1) Select the “Make A Request” tab located on the left side admin panel under the “My Account” tab (outlined in YELLOW).
2) Click on the purple “Request Services” button on the right-hand side of the main dashboard, located in the blue “Add-On Services” card (outlined in GREEN).
From there, you can submit a support ticket. Our support system is available 24 hours a day, and you should receive a response from a member of our support staff within 24 hours. We can’t wait to hear from you!
