Is there a minimum recommended ad spend?

Yes, there is a minimum recommended spend of $1000 monthly per major channel (Google VS Facebook). A research driven recommendation will be shared with you on the kick-off call.

Who do I pay for my ad spend?
Ad spend is paid directly to Facebook & Instagram. CyberMark will add the credit card provided in this document to your account during the setup.
What happens if I need to change my billing information during my plan?

If you would like to use a different payment method at any time, contact us at billing@cybermark.com or log into Meta/Google/Bing to update your payment information directly. 

Can I change my budget after I get started?

You can change your budget any time. We recommend waiting to change your budget for at least the first 3 months to gather data. Budget increases can be applied immediately. Budget decreases will be scheduled for the following month.

How can I cancel my plan?

Our cancellation process is easy. We just need it in writing via email. We require a 30 day cancellation notice. You will receive an invoice for the final month of services on the next billing date after service expiration.
