What’s the Difference Between a Lead Page and a Landing Page

The CyberMark Lead Tracking Portal provides information about how your leads first got to your website and where they eventually converted.

The Landing Page refers to the very first page on your website that the user visits. You can tell from the source and medium how the user found your website to begin with. The Lead Page refers to the actual page on your website where the user submitted a form and became a lead.

Brands with multiple locations in the same region often see users visit one location’s page first, then end up browsing and converting on a different location’s page. It’s also common for users to land on the homepage of the website and then navigate to the service or location page they become a lead on. The function of the Landing Page and Lead Page reporting is to allow you to understand the customer journey as people browse your website and convert.
