Log in to the social media platform and locate the “Reviews” tab to manage your reviews. Keep your response short and professional, since it will be public on your page. An example of a response we recommend is: “Thank you for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Could you please reach out to our customer service department at [email@yoursupportdepartment.com] so we can learn more about what happened? We would love to have the chance to make this right.”
