How Can I Get Access to My Ad Accounts?
Ad Account Ownership
- Google: If you have a Google Ads account, you will grant access to CyberMark during the onboarding process following these steps. If you do not have a Google Ads account, CyberMark will create one on you or your franchise’s behalf. Administrative access and an ownership transfer can be provided upon service termination.
- Meta: Facebook does not allow you to change owners on an ad account once it has been created. If you operate a small business or independent franchise, you will need to create a Facebook ad account AND grant us access to your Facebook page before we can begin ads. Note for franchises: If your brand has a franchise agreement with CyberMark, an ad account may be created on your location’s behalf under ownership of the brand’s Facebook Business Manager and you can skip the previous step. All access requests will be managed by the corporate team.
- TikTok, LinkedIn, Other: You will need to create an ad account and grant us access before we can begin ads.
Access Policy
Throughout the duration of active service retainers, CyberMark maintains sole administrative access to Google, Facebook and Bing and other advertising provider accounts as outlined in the Service Agreement. Administrative access is restricted to prevent unauthorized changes to campaigns, budgets, tracking, etc. The advertising accounts are connected via Google MCC and Facebook Business Manager to CyberMark internal systems. Please note that any changes made directly in the ad accounts can be overwritten by CyberMark’s systems, including changes to campaign statuses, budgets, etc.
Upon request, CyberMark will provide you, the client, with view-only access to the ad platforms.
If the service agreement is terminated, CyberMark will provide administrative access to managed accounts upon written request, when made possible by the Advertising Provider.
- Client acknowledges that account access may be restricted by the Advertising Provider
- Facebook Ad Account OWNERSHIP access is non-transferable between Facebook Business Manager accounts.
- Client acknowledges acceptance of Advertising Provider terms and conditions
