Do I need a Facebook page to run ads?
Yes. If you’ve already got one, you’ll share Partner Access during onboarding. If not, we can create one for you for a small setup fee, or you can use our step-by-step guide to set it up yourself the right way from the start.
Do I need an Instagram business profile to run ads?
It helps, but it’s not required. If you already have one, you’ll share Partner Access during onboarding. If you don’t have one, ads will come from your Facebook page’s display name.
Do I need a Facebook Ad account to run ads?
Yes, and it should be in your name—not an agency’s. If you have one, just grant access. If not, we’ll guide you through creating a business account and sharing an ad account with us. This ensures you always retain full ownership and control.
How much do I need to spend on Meta ads?
We typically recommend $1,000 to $3,000 per location per month for local service campaigns. Ecommerce or national brands may need more. We’ll help you right-size your spend based on your goals and market.
Can I change my Facebook Ads budget?
Absolutely. Increases can take effect immediately. Budget reductions are scheduled for the 1st of the following month to keep reporting clean. We suggest giving it at least 90 days before making changes so we can gather meaningful data.
Is there a minimum Facebook Ads budget requirement?
Yes. We recommend starting with at least $1,000 per campaign per month to see strong performance. A custom recommendation will be provided in your proposal.
How is the Facebook Ads budget billed?
Meta bills you directly for ad spend: your entire budget goes to the platform. You’ll enter your payment method into your ad account at setup and whenever you need to edit payment information. For security, we never manage or store your billing info.
How do I change my Facebook Ads billing information?
You can follow these steps to edit or update your payment method:
- Go to your Payment settings in Ads Manager.
- In the Payment methods section, click … Options next to the payment method you want to edit.
- Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
- Make your changes and then click Save.
Your payment method is updated.
Can I run both Facebook and Instagram ads at once?
Yes. Most campaigns we run use automatic placements across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger to reach your audience wherever they choose to use Meta products. We tailor the creative for each platform where needed.
Do I have to write the ads or provide graphics?
Not unless you want to. We handle the copy and starting creative, but you’re welcome to share images or videos anytime. We’ll even set up a shared folder so new content flows right into our process.
Can you run Facebook ads for multiple franchise locations?
