We like to keep things clear—no mirages, no maybes. Our retainer based Managed Services are designed to run smoothly, with upfront expectations, priority support, and transparent project management.

Your retainer hours can be used for a wide range of services, including: 

  • One-time website development or enhancements 
  • Technical troubleshooting and bug fixes 
  • Copy edits or content updates 
  • Tracking implementation and consulting 
  • Graphic or layout updates 
  • Landing page builds 
  • Analytics insights or performance reviews 
  • Marketing strategy sessions
  • Custom reports

If a request exceeds the scope of your remaining hours or requires a standalone project, we’ll notify you with options before proceeding.

All requests can be submitted via your Client Success Portal or by emailing your Account Manager. Please include: 

  • A detailed description of your request 
  • Supporting materials (screenshots, documents, etc.) 
  • Desired due date or urgency

CyberMark services are billed in 15-minute increments 

  • Time spent is automatically deducted from your monthly retainer
