What services are included in the retainer?
Your retainer hours can be used for a wide range of services, including:

If a request exceeds the scope of your remaining hours or requires a standalone project, we’ll notify you with options before proceeding.
How do I submit requests?
All requests can be submitted via your Client Success Portal or by emailing your Account Manager. Please include:
- A detailed description of your request
- Supporting materials (screenshots, documents, etc.)
- Desired due date or urgency
How is usage tracked and reported?
CyberMark services are billed in 15-minute increments
- Time spent is automatically deducted from your monthly retainer
You can monitor your used and remaining hours any time via your Client Success Portal
