We like to keep things clear—no mirages, no maybes. Our retainer based Managed Services are designed to run smooth, with upfront expectations, priority support, and transparent time tracking. Here’s how we partner with you to get the job done, no matter how hot it gets.

Your retainer hours can be used for a wide range of services, including: 

  • One-time website development or enhancements 
  • Technical troubleshooting and bug fixes 
  • Copy edits or content updates 
  • SEO implementation and consulting 
  • Graphic or layout updates 
  • Landing page builds 
  • Analytics insights or performance reviews 
  • Marketing strategy sessions 

If a request exceeds the scope of your remaining hours or requires a standalone project, we’ll notify you with options before proceeding. 

All requests can be submitted via your Client Success Portal or by emailing your Account Manager. Please include: 
  • A detailed description of your request 
  • Supporting materials (screenshots, documents, etc.) 
  • Desired due date or urgency 

You’ll get priority service, lightning fast response times, ensuring your business always shines bright.

  • Response within 4 business hours 
  • Included in your Flexible Web Managed Service Retainer 
  • Emergency support is available as an add-on fee to a Web Managed Service Retainer
  • For urgent issues (e.g., site outage or major failure) 
  • Available 24/7/365 with 1-hour response time

For technical problems requiring direct server access, we use secure tools such as Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) to resolve issues safely and efficiently.
