How To Create A New Event
Creating a New Event on Your Website
Events are a great way to promote your business and connect with customers. They also help your website grow by adding new content that can boost your search engine rankings.

- Click the blue “CUSTOMER SUPPORT” tab in your website dashboard

How to Add a New Event
- Go to the Events Section
In the left admin menu, click ELEMENTS, then click EVENTS from the submenu. - View Existing Events
You’ll see a list of current events in a table format with columns for Title and Date. - Add a New Event
Click the “Add Event” button at the top left of the page. - Enter Event Details
- Event Title: Add the name of your event.
- Date & Time: Fill in when the event will happen.
- Location: Add the full event address.
- Event Excerpt: Write a short summary that will appear on the main events page.
- Event Details: Write a full description that will appear on the event’s individual page.
- Add an Event Link (Optional)
You can add a button that links to another page (inside your website or externally). Add link text, paste or select the URL, then click Add Link. - Enter SEO Info
- SEO Title: This appears in search engine results.
- Meta Description: A brief (170 characters or less) summary that shows under your title in search engines.
- Preview and Publish
Click Preview to see how the event looks. When ready, click the purple Publish button on the right to make it live.
That’s it! Once you’ve done it a few times, creating events becomes quick and easy.
