Simply send an email to support@cybermark.com or visit the back end of your website (if your website was built by CyberMark) and select the admin menu on the left-hand side and select CyberMark. From there you can submit a support ticket. Our system is available 24 hours a day and you can expect a direct response within 24 hours. We can’t wait to hear from you!

Where can I see my leads?

Let’s face it, leads are the lifeblood of your business. At CyberMark, we strive to help you get the leads that your business needs. However, generating the leads is only half the battle. With our lead tracking portal, we make it easy to view the lead contact details, track where the lead came from, and track the status of the lead by utilizing the Quotable tab.

You will receive a report directly to your inbox once a month (not receiving this? Reach out to support and let’s get this solved) or visit reports.cybermark.com to view the dashboard at any time. The dashboard will allow you to see valuable insights into how your marketing dollars are being put to use.
