UI/UX Designer

Job Overview

Who We’re Looking For – We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and creative UI/UX Designer to lead user interface design projects across CyberMark.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert needs and requirements into experience and design proposals in the form of storyboards, wireframes, visual layouts, interactive prototypes, etc.
  • Deliver end-to-end UX design process and deliverables from user flows through wireframes and interactive prototypes
  • Create, and enhance, usability and interactive experiences from our sites based on the understanding of our customers’ needs and behavior
  • Develop and deliver exceptional visuals that accurately represent our brand
  • Partner with groups cross-functionally to optimize overall User Experience to support revenue growth
  • Research interaction design trends and apply to deliverables
  • Collaborate with other designers, engineers, and stakeholders on end-to-end experience design
  • Create and manage UI assets
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graph arts, design, visual communications, user experience design, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, XD, PhotoShop, Illustrator
  • Experience implementing and/or working within design systems, especially within Figma
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript
  • A compelling UI/UX portfolio demonstrating the design thinking and proficiency in all stages of feature development

High attention to details, critical thinking, and learning abilities; Strong time management skills

Work Remotely
