Primary Tasks
- Manage inbound (new) service requests from new and existing clients.
- Work with the internal teams to create the scope of work and present the service and pricing to the client.
- Develop and present recommendations that fit the client’s service needs.
- Support the head of Business Solutions and assist in maintaining department efficiency.
- Manage the execution of key marketing plan deliverables; including participation in strategy development, marketing plan development and execution, creation of sales and marketing collateral, messaging and presentation material, management of client events such as trade shows and client advisory groups across all target market segments to deliver against key business objectives including renewal, account extension and new business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals with rational and recommendations to clients.
- Own and resolve general sales inquiries pertaining to accounts and respond to RFPs.
- Create and manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities within area of expertise.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline.
- This role may also include sending company or client newsletters, providing promotional information to prospective clients, and assisting in creating messaging aligned with CyberMark Franchise Solutions.
- The position is in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment. This is an in-house, full-time position. The pay range depends on experience.

- Proficiency in prospecting, client needs discovery, marketing plan creation, presenting, and closing.
- Thorough knowledge of Digital products & applications such as:
- Search Engine Marketing SEM / Audience and Search Retargeting / Search Engine Optimization SEO / Social Media Management and Marketing / Digital (Programmatic) Display / Website Development / Live Chat / Email Marketing / PPC and more
- Build long term relationships with clients that manifests into recurring revenue opportunities.
- Become a subject matter expert in specific assigned markets.
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing plans.
- Become an expert in CyberMark product offerings and serve as a go-to-source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events and presentations.
A Plus
- Experience with automated communication and process workflows.
- Experience working within Accelo CRM.
- Experience with creating content and/or copywriting.
- Degree level education or relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be able to work at our North Phoenix office, just south of Union Hills and east of the I-17 at 18456 N 25th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85023. Our business hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
