CyberMark founder and CEO Kimberly Judd-Pennie started as a single mom selling websites from her home in 1994. At that time, the business was focused on educating customers about the Internet and its future importance as a marketing vehicle. Soon Kimberly recognized a tremendous need for ways to bring traffic to websites once they were developed. With virtually no one else providing that kind of service at the time, she was one of the early pioneers in the internet marketing industry.
In 2014, after 20 years in business, founder Kimberly Judd-Pennie asked John Alpaugh to join the company as its new owner and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining CyberMark, John was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for PetSmart and has over 25 years of experience in marketing and technology at companies like Procter and Gamble and IBM. Kimberly is now CyberMark’s Chief Customer Officer with responsibility for customer relationships and sales.
